Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter is "written to express our concern that supervision is inadequate on the site. This
past weekend while a major waterline was being lowered, your company representative was
present for one hour total of the sixteen hour process. Your new field superintendent has not
been on site or available continuously, and was not on site at all on Monday, as your
contract requires.
Please let me know at your earliest converuence the date we can expect the field
superintendent to be on the job full time.
