1. Paint vault lid and meter lids blue.
2. Grade inside vault; no water in vault
3. Need street buttons to mark fire hydrant
4. Paint on curb in red to mark fire line to building; paint lid, too
5. Mark two fire hydrants on curb in red (west side of building)
6. Mark CO on curb in red at sewer cleanout and paint lid red
7. Test paperwork on IRR DC
8. Paperwork at Service Center on DC in vault
