REF: MacArthur Vista Center, Lot 1, Block A
1. Locate missing FH valve
2. Missing valve: mark FHV on curb in red and paint lid
3. Raise FH to grade
4. Turn FH to drive
5. Test all DC: vault, domestic, irrigation
6. All brass fittings between meter and DC - irrigation
7. Clean domestic meter can to by-pass for inspection; turned off
8. Seal inside vault at pipe and lid. Remove wood inside vault; clean vault. Must be dry
9. Seal pipe inside manhole
10. Mark CO in red on curb at City sewer clean out
11. Need paperwork on 6" DC, including SN on LDC and meter number with reading.
