Scott: Here is a pic of the GIS coverage that is needed for DeForest Road. It would help to also have any

CONTRACTOR LICeNSING A~_NT
The folcMing provisions are a LIcenaing Agreement with respect to the North Central Texas
ColI1ciI of Government8' (NCTCOG) 2005 digital orthophotography between:
GSW. Inc. and City of Coppell
Contractor Entity Name
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing to either NCTCOG or the Entity, only the indicated
contractor has authorized use of the NCTCOG data product. A contractor shall be deemed
authorized to use the data products by the entity or NCTCOG if such use Is Incidental to a
larger relationship between the contractor and the Entity. The data shall be used for purpo888
no greater than reasonably needed to achieve the objectives of an actual project undertaken in
connection with that retaUonship. The contractor must agree in writing to be bound by the
provisions of this Agreement.
The contractor also agrees to return all NCTCOG data back to the Entity, or to destroy said
data, after completion of the project. This data may not be used for other projects or
presentatIon8 unless written permission is obtained from either the Entity or NCTCOG.
Execution of this Agreement signifies that the contractor understands the restriction. of use for
the NCTCOG data product, as well 88 the return of al said data, or destruction of same, upon
completion of work for the Entity. It is the responsibilty of the Entity to supply the data to the
contractor. However, If requ_ted, HCTCOG will provide copies of the data to the
contnlCtor for a fee of $100.00 per CD or $250.00 per DW, payable by the requesting
Entity or Its designated Contractor.
