Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Pavine: and Profile Plan
1. We have received your request for the use of a vibratory screed rather than the slip-form
paving machine. After careful considerations we have decided to adhere to Standard Detail
2030, Note #7 and require you to use a slip-form paving machine.
Gradine: Plan/Drainal!e Plan
2. Separate drainage area B into two sections as previously shown on the 151 submittal. It has
been hand drawn in green to depict the two separate areas.
3. Provide spot elevations for the warped concrete that will drain into the inlet.
4. Are roof drains going to be tied into the storm drain?
Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets
for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction
operations. If you have any question you may contact this office at your convenience.
