Construction Plan Review Comments (3rd Submittal)
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Include the paving plan with the set.
2. Sidewalks to be constructed on S. Beldine Rd. and E. Beltline Rd.
3. Include the plat with the set.

4. There is an existing inlet approximately 40' south of your property line on the east side of S.
Belt Line Rd. It might be easier to tie into this inlet rather than crossing S. Belt Line Rd.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
