Ken,
Thanks for your note. Can you also provide a status on the arborist's report?
Thanks,
Greg

Mr. Peck
This is followup to our conversation at the 9/12/2006 Council meeting where you had requested that I
provide contact information on our City Attorney. It's my understanding that you would like to contact
him on behalf of the Georgian Place HOA concerning the "common area" adjacent to Sandy Lake
which is maintained by the HOA but is actually platted as part of the individual lots.
The City Attorney is Bob Hager and his phone number is 214-965-9900.
If you have any additional questions or need any additional information please contact me at your
convenIence.

Ken,
It has been awhile since I checked in, so, I wanted to find out the latest regarding the Sandy Lake expansion.

Ken,
Nice to see you last week. As a follow up on our discussion, we have received some guidance from our attorney
regarding homeowner vs. HOA responsibilities as it relates to the potential sidewalk. Wile I still believe there will
need to be a community meeting to understand the options that are available; our bylaws provide the Board with
the ability to make those decisions. That said, since the property is actually owned by the individual
homeowners what is the City Attorney going to need to be able to accept any conveyance? Will there be a need
to have individual homeowner sign off?
Let me know and look forward to the report from the arborist.
Thanks,
