Sandy Lake Road Water Line
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
Fox Contractors has completed their connections to both ends of the 24-inch waterline you installed in Sandy
Lake Road. During pressure testing of their sections of the waterline, a leak in your section at the 24-inch
butterfly valve located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Sandy Lake Road and Coppell Road was
discovered. Water could clearly be seen bubbling up through the valve stack at this location.
The repair of this leak is of utmost importance and necessary for the completion of the Sandy Lake Road
waterline project and to place the waterline into service. Please provide the manpower, equipment and
