Ken,
Nice to see you last week. As a follow up on our discussion, we have received some guidance from our attorney
regarding homeowner vs. HOA responsibilities as it relates to the potential sidewalk. Wile I still believe there will
need to be a community meeting to understand the options that are available; our bylaws provide the Board with
the ability to make those decisions. That said, since the property is actually owned by the individual
homeowners what is the City Attorney going to need to be able to accept any conveyance? Will there be a need
to have individual homeowner sign off?

Dallas County is working to widen Sandy Lake at Whispering Hills and they have closed Whispering
Hills at Sandy Lake for this week. Because of the closure, vehicles are using Georgian Drive to bypass
the intersection. The HOA President of Georgian Place has requested additional enforcement during
this week (see included email).
