As a follow up on our discussion, we have received some guidance from our attorney regarding homeowner vs. HOA responsibilities as it relates to the potential sidewalk. Wile I still believe there will need to be a community meeting to understand the options that are available; our bylaws provide the Board with the ability to make those decisions. That said, since the property is actually owned by the individual homeowners what is the City Attorney going to need to be able to accept any conveyance? Will there be a need to have individual homeowner sign off? Let me know and look forward to the report from the arborist. Because of the closure, vehicles are using Georgian Drive to bypass the intersection. The HOA President of Georgian Place has requested additional enforcement during this week (see included email).
