To facilitate the installation of a 6' x 3' box culvert across the Royal Lane and Sandy Lake intersection,
the contractor will be closing off Royal Lane at Sandy Lake next Tuesday (4/11/06) or Wednesday
(4/12/06) from 9 am until 3 pm. The contractor will notify the businesses on Royal Lane and place
detour signs on Royal Lane and Sandy Lake.
Closing the intersection will be safer for him and the motorists. It will also allow him to complete the
crossing in one day.

Also I had a call today from David Wright who represents a HOA in University Park. He was referred
to me by Tom Everson because they are trying to get the city to lower residential speed limits. Tom
Everson also told Mr. Wright that he should also contact you. So if you get a call from a David Wright
it's about 25 mph speed limits and he was referred to you by Tom Everson.
