TX 75098 RE: Alexander Court Subdivision Construction Plan 3rd Review Comments The City of Coppell has revie\..ved the revised plans for the referenced addition. the plans as submitted meet our requirements. However. the plat submitted with these construction plans can not be tiled until the final letter of map revision (LOMR) has been approved. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this proiect for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This includes dirt ,vork. paving. storm drains. v\'ater lines. sewer lines. drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all installations in the public right-of-way or easement. the City charges a 4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For your convenience a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes.
