Maintenance Bond Repairs - SECOND NOTICE
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is a second attempt to notify you of infrastructure repairs that are necessary
in the Hidden Valley Estates subdivision. The referenced items were constructed and
bonded by your company. The following repairs must be done in an expeditious
manner according to the terms of the bond:
1. The soil behind the headwall at the outfall of the 54" storm drain has eroded.
Please replace the material and protect this area from further erosion.
2. The sanitary sewer manhole at Station 0+00, Line A, is not visible. Please
locate and expose this manhole.
The work your company performed remains under maintenance bond until September
20, 2007. Please contact me regarding your personnel's schedule to begin the necessary
repaIrs.
