Fo£~ AGG00DSF contains a space on the second page for you to insert additional conditions that the City of Coppell (Grantee) would be required to do for the Grantor. The other form is set up to be used where there are no additional conditions placed upon the city. Where you are dealing with a husband and wife, both names should be included on the first page and both should sign above the line marked Grantor and each party's signature should be acknowledged by a separate acknowledgement. If your un into any unusual fact situations we can tailor make the easement to meet the specific fact situation. However, this form should be satisfactory in most cases.
