Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General-
1. Add "Park West Commerce Center Lot 4r Block 7" to the cover sheet.
2. Include a paving plan.

3. At the request of the Fire Marshall, move the vault to the west as sketched and show the
connection of the fire line and disconnect from the fire pump.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. For any questions concerning the comments generated by the Fire
