Re: North Kaye St. Drainage Improvement
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Speir:
As you know, on August 28, 1990, the City Council directed Staff to pursue
a drainage improvement along the north side of Kaye Street in the back
yards of the affected lots, with the drainage system outfalling into the
closest curb inlet located on SpanishMoas Court.
Staff would like to respectfully request a meeting with you and/or your
designated representative, on May 1§, 1991, at 4:00 P.M. It is our intent
to visit with you at your place of residence and discuss the above
referenced project which could enhance your property once implemented, and
answer any questions and/or concerns you may have.
Please call City Hall, Engineering Division, at 393-1016 as soon as
peasible to confirm this date. Staff will meet with you at your
convenience, if the above set date is not agreeable.
Again, we look forward to working with you toward completion of this
project, and your timely attention is greatly appreciated.
