SUBJECT: Status of Kaye Street Drainage Improvement
DATE: May 8, 1991
Please see the attached list of Kaye Street residents along with their
addresses and the appointment time to meet with them to discuss the
drainage improvement.
As of today, we have met with Mr. Gerald Howard, Mr. Curtis Jones, and
Mrs. Sharon Brabham and we are in the process of obtaining easement
documents for signature. The easement documents are being prepared by Mr.
Terry Mitchell with Carter & Burgess. (Please see attached.)
According to this list, we will be meeting with Mrs. Nigo and Mrs. Sisk on
May 9, 1991. Mrs. Darwin was called today and confirmation was made for
2:00 on this date.
The attached letter to Mr. Gilbert Welch was mailed to him on May 3, 1991
and we have since talked to him and he will, if at all possible, attend
all of the meetings with the Kaye St. residents. We will keep him
informed of the confirmations and cancellations by phone.
