The revised Engineering plans were submitted on 8/8/07 and there are still several items that need to be
addressed. Any plans for the above ground structures that were submitted to Building Inspections have
to be approved by Building Inspections. Engineering only approves paving, drainage, water, sewer and
site grading plans.
On the issue of additional credits, I was not able to find a way for credits. Our Subdivision Ordinance
requires that water lines be extended along the entire length of the property.
In summary: Engineering approves engineering plans and issues a permit for paving, drainage, water,
sewer and site grading; and, Building Inspections approves architectural plans and issues a permit for
structures.

Please check with Mr. Griffen in engineering departmentthey have finished reveiwing the
plans with my architect on Aug 7,2007. the plans are ready for permits. according to me all the permit
applications have been filed and submitted.
please look into this matter again.

smce May when we were informed that the information lacking was not forthcoming, since the
project would likely not be built.

You were looking into the possibility of some additional $ credits for the water service along
Sanders loop. Were you able to come up with anything?.i already sent you the estimate for
running the water to the sanders loop.
please try to update me on the building permits. i thought all the changes were submitted the
architect.
