Construction Plan Review Comments (4th Submittal)
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Include an engineered paving plan with the set, see standard detail 2290. We will not approve
architectural paving plans.
2. Refer to standard detail 2190 regarding stamped concrete.
3. An open cut on Beltline Rd. for the storm drain will not be accepted, you must bore Beltline
Rd.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
