I've reviewed the portions of the submittal that pertain to Engineering and have the following
comments/observations:
1) B. Exhibit shows a 20" gravel access road. Not sure that can be their access when Creekview is
under construction. Grading plan also shows 20" gravel road in different location.
2) C. The route should not use Creekview. Current section of Creekview is already showing signs of
disrepair and additional truck traffic will accelerate the problems. Also, the extension of Creekview
may begin as early as this year. Access should come from the Fellowship Church site.
3) V. no comments.
4) M. Need to decide on water source. Permit just listed all possible ways to obtain water. Could be
time of year restrictions if water source is from a City fire hydrant.
5) K. Could not find a stormwater protection plan.
6) L. Appears to be an error on the TCEQ form. The form asks for county that work is in and then
asks for nearest city in that county. The county is Dallas, but the nearest city listed is Grapevine,
which is mostly in Tarrant county. This may not be an issue, it was only an observation.
