MEMORANDUM

North Kaye Street Drainage Improvement
(Tickler 2-26-91)
As a result of my conversation with Larry Davis, I would like to
provide you with the following status reports
- The franchise utilities, such as T.U., Paragon Cable,
etc., has started locating their utilities in the above
referenced area as of 2-15-91.
- The survey crew with Carter & Burgess has begun
contacting each affected resident in an attempt to get
permission to conduct the field survey. Larry Davis has
talked to some of the residents in this regard and so
far, the response has been positive.
- Larry has also made several contacts with Centex
Development/Fox a Jacobs and their engineer, Carter &
Burgess, in order to receive a status report and a
schedule on this project. As of this date, we have not
received such report.
- Attached please find a copy of a notification letter that
apparently has been given to each resident by Carter &
Burgess dated 2-11-91.
We will provide you with any new information and will keep you
informed of any progress on this project upon receipt.
If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

In thc next few weeks, several parties will be entering your properly in order lo begin thc process of
reducing and/or eliminating the drainage problem between Kaye Slrcet and Spanish Moss Court/Drive.
The City appreciates you allowing these parties to begin the project invcstigallon. Representatives may bc
entering your properly from TU IEIcctric, Lone Star Gas, t"JTF_., Paragon Cai)lc and Carter & Burge. sa, Inc.
Carter & Burgess will ~c thc design engineer on thc project.
All parties will attempt to notify you by knocking on your door prior to entering your properly. If there
is no answer, thc parties have bccn instructed to enter thc property and obtain thc information needed and
to pay special attention to closing any gates which they* have opened. Please be sure locks arc not locked
and animals are either fenced off from the work area or kept indoors.
Wc will attempt to obtain all information needed at one time, so please be patient. We will also try Io
