RE: North Kaye Street Drainage Improvement

At this time, a sufficient number of residents owning property on
Kaye Street have given approval to conduct the field survey on
their property.
We contacted Mr. Derek Earl with Centex Development a few weeks ago
requesting that the engineering services begin related to the field
survey, as committed by Centex Development.
The engineering services of Carter & Burgess will be collecting the
field info£,,ation, as directed by Mr. Terry Mitchell of Carter &
Burgess. Mr. Mitchell has been contacted by Engineering Staff and
was requested to begin the field operation at the earliest possible
date.
