Civil Details, Landscape & Irrigation Plans have been removed from our set. We have notes on our plans indicating reference to City of Coppell construction standards and details. 2. Seal provided is the approved by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. 3. Signed and Sealed Retaining Wall details will be provided by our General Contractor prior to construction. Detail is only shown for pricing purposes. 4. The sidewalk easement has been provided. 5. Spelling of Kimbel Kourt has been corrected on all sheets. 6. Note 7 has been modified. 7. Note 13 has been modified. 8. Stamped Concrete at drive entrances from Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd. has been provided. 9. Sidewalks have been provided to the public along Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd. as all buildings face these two streets per the approved zoning site plan. 10. Curb & Gutter along Kimbel Kourt has been provided between access drives, however, has not been provided north of Lot 14R access drive due to the current drainage condition. 11. The pavement section has been revised to show 3600 psi. An additional 1" of concrete has been provided in lieu of lime stabilization. A letter requesting this variance will be coming from Rone Engineering shortly. 12. Full depth colored stamped concrete provided per ordinance. 13. Additional wall elevations have been provided. 14. Additional information on relocation of existing inlet and location of proposed inlet has been provided. Flows have been updated to reflect the drainage area map. 16. Hydraulic grade line has been added to all storm drain profiles. 17. The current site is fully developed already and the redevelopment of this site should not impact the downstream capacity of the existing lines. 18. Line 1 now includes the roof drains. All other comments written on the plans have been addressed as well.
