Dear Mr. Marvin
This letter is to notify you that the enclosed Construction Plans have been revised in
accordance with your August 15, 2007 Review Memorandum. The following items have
been addressed as per the referenced review:
GENERAL COMMENTS
. Include the title "Duke Lesley Addition" on the cover page.
Response: Amended on Cover Sheet.
PLAT COMMENTS
. All utility easements should by 20' per the city ordinance. Label the size of the
easements on the plat.
Response: Revised as requested.
STORM SEWER COMMENTS
· Storm line A on Sheet C3.2 shows a 21", the profile shows an 18". Review the
calculations for the 18" on the profile sheet.
Response: 18" is sufficient per calculations and changed note on C3.2.
WATER & SEWER COMMENTS
. The three fire hydrants and the vault on the north side of the property should be
placed landscaped island.
Response: Amended on plans per conversation with Keith Marvin.
. Is there enough information on the sanitary sewer for the contractor to build? If not,
profiles may need to be provided.
Response: Pacheco Koch has confirmed with Duke Construction, information
as shown appears to be sufficient.

. Has there been a utility maintenance agreement provided for the maintenance of the private
utilities that cross lot lines?
Response: Letter provided and issued on August 17, 2007 via emaH.
