The City Manager has set personal appointments with those residents
on Kaye Street which, at this time, have not granted pe~,,~ission to
conduct a field survey, and/or have not agreed to grant a drainage
easement.
Attached please find a status report as a result of the City
Manager's meeting with three (3) of the Kaye Street residents
opposed to the project. (See attached)
Two of the three residents contacted have granted permission to
conduct the field survey.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

1. Mr. Curtis Jones

a. Mr. Jones is not in favor of the proposed drainage project.
b. Water from rains stands in the back yard area from time to
time.
c. Mr. Jones is not willing to grant a drainage easement.
d. Will not grant permission for field survey.
2. Mrs. Fay P. Nigo

a. Mrs. Nigo is not in favor of the proposed drainage project.
b. Mrs. Nigo has concern about possible damage being done due
to construction to existing trees, grass, and fence.
c. Mrs. Nigo does not want to be held responsible for any
construction damage.
d. Mrs. Nigo requests use of the proposed 10' drainage
easement.
e. Mrs. Nigo requests the City compensate her for the proposed
10' drainage easement.
f. Will grant permission for field survey.
