Sale to be Executed on
S. Coppell Road Land

The Coppell City Council
Tuesday authorized City Man-
ager Jim Witt to execute an
agreement for the transfer of ap-
proximately 9.4 City acres to the
Coppell Economic Development
Foundation for resale to Kolberg
Development, LLC for construc-
tion of The Village at Coppell.
The sale is expected to be com-
pleted in December, according I

The property is on the east
side ot' S. Coppell Road, approxi-

mately 250 feet south of W
Bethel Road. The development
will include two 21 ,050-square-
foot, two-story retaillhotel build-
ings; a 25,l41-square-foot, two-
story event/conference center;
and a 7.812-square-foot pet beJ/
breakfast. Sales price for the
land is $818,928, according to
