Joist welds missing at various locations. 2. Girder to column not welded. 3. Girder to tilt wall panel pocket welds missing. 4. Perimeter angle not welded at all required locations. Notes: 1. Need RFI documentation for torch cutting and oversize bolt holes. 2. Slag needs to be removed on torch cut bolt holes prior to bolt installation. 3. Bolts not tensioned in roof framing prior to the deck being placed and welded out.
