Dear Mr. Davis,
Concerning pay item 3, an error was made regarding the quantity of work coml,leted. The
work which was completed was 189 LF of 24" Water Line w/36" 3/16" Thick Steel
Encasemerit Pipe. This was re-measured yesterday, and it was confirmed it was a 189 LF
which was installed.
The 49 LF that has not been invoiced will be put on pay estimate 4. We have been billed
and it has been paid to the subcontractors.
If you have any questions pertaining to this, or if you need to see the invoice ii'~,m the
subcontractor, please contact the office as soon as possible.
