Dear Mr. Ferons:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the no parking ordinance along Hartford Circle and Halifax
Dr. The existing no parking line is approximately 203 feet in length. After speaking with the
Fire Marshal we agree that removing 33 feet of the no parking line beginning from the southern
most point of this line north to the north side of the walk approach in front of 130 Hartford Circle
will not interrupt emergency vehicles that enter and exit this subdivision. The additional 3 feet
from the originally mentioned 30 feet is to give the homeowner the walk approach to his lead
walk. Attached you will find an exhibit of the proposed removal of the no parking line. This
item will go to the City Council for approval next month. If you have any questions, please
