authorization, md remain at this site far the length of the proposed project. This authorization is contingent
upon continued compliance with the conditions ofPemt.it No. 44532 and all sub$cquent rq>resenu.tions made in
your relocation request. Any changes to the rcprcsentatiQll$ must have prior wridlen approvlll from a delegated
representative of the ~utive director. After completion of construction or modification, start-up notification
is required in acoordance with 30 T AC 116.115 (b X2)<BXi). 'Ibis facUity shall be operatechn compliance with
