Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. O'Donald:
On June 7, 2007 a walk-through inspection was conducted for the referenced project. It
appears that all punchlist items have been completed. At this time, the remaining
requirements for sign-off on the CO must be supplied. They are as follows:
1. Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted
to City ofCoppell Engineering Department. As-Builts consist of 1 set full size paper copy,
1 set full size mylar and CD with Autocad.dwg files.
Once these items have been received, reviewed and accepted, I will sign off on the CO and
