still exists. We have not been given a specific response to correct the situation.

Dear !\1r Fortune:
This letter is a follow-up to a meeting that took place today between representatives of Verizon,
the City of CoppelL and Tiseo paving, the city's contractor working on the referenced project.
This meetIng was intended to discuss the resolution to a conniet with a Verizon cable and the
city's underground drainage facilities This connict is located on the south side of Bethel Road
at station 47+00. There is a Verizon fiber optic line in eonnict with our multiple 10'x5' box

The City of Coppell is concerned about the apparent lack of activity surrounding this connict.
Our contractor discussed this activity with Rick Trevino when the connict was discovered in
