According to our agreement wlDallas County for the construction ofW. Sandy Lake Rd. we have to do
the following to receive Dallas County's payments for their share.
1. We created a spreadsheet showing the bid items that Dallas County will pay 20%, minus the 5%
retainage held.
2. We have to send an invoice to Dallas County for that amount, plus
3. We have to include the cancelled check paid to the contractor (Tiseo) for the full invoice amount.
We paid Tiseo their first invoice last week. So what I need to know is how we get a copy of the
cancelled check to include with an invoice to Dallas County.
