Drainage Improvements Punch List
Dear Mr. Davis:
At your request, I have reviewed the construction of the box culvert and related
improvements for the referenced site. The work appears to be substantially complete, with
the exception of the following item:
The area west of the Woodside Village shopping center requires some finish grading.
I have reviewed the timing for completion of this grading with Mr. Danny Buckelew,
Cullum Construction Company's subcontractor for the site. He stated that the areas
were wet at the time of the finish grading of the remainder of the work area and that
this regrading will be complete within two weeks of the date of this letter. Since
this work is outside of any City easement, we are requesting the City accept the
project at this time.
