Maintenance Bond Repairs
To Whom It May Concern:
Due to our inability to convince the utility contractor to correct this deficiency, we must
use the erosion control bond money to repair the following items:
1. The soil behind the headwall at the outfall of the 54" storm drain has eroded.
Please replace the material and protect this area from further erosion.
2. The sanitary sewer manhole at Station 0+00, Line A, is not visible. Please
locate and expose this manhole.
The work performed remains under maintenance bond until September 20, 2007. If
any remains from the erosion bond of $2,611.00 it will be returned. If you have any
questions, please contact me.
