TxDOT has sent over the approved Advance Funding Agreement for the widening of the westbound
frontage road and the relocation of the westbound entrance ramp. It looks like $16,007 for the PS&E is
due by mid October. It appears that the state is expecting the check to come from the City. I'm mailing
you a hard copy. Once you receive it, I guess we need to discuss how payments will be handled.
