Dear Mr. Garza:
We are resubmitting The Chateaus of Coppell construction documents and have
addressed the comments submitted by the City of Coppell from the letter dated
September 12, 2007. The following is a list of explanations to comments:
General-
1. The plans have been revised as requested.
2. Due to the sanitary sewer line on the east side of the property, the landscape and
hardscape plans are still included in the set for your review.
3. The plans have been revised as requested.
4. The plans have been revised as requested.
5. The plans have been revised as requested.
Paving Plan-
6. The plans have been revised as requested.
7. Yellow reflective buttons have been added to direct traffic around the median island
8. The plans have been revised as requested.
9. The maximum slope in those areas is 2%.
10. The plans have been revised as requested.
Drainage Plan-
11 . The plans have been revised as requested.
12. The plans have been revised as requested.
Water Plan-
13. The waterlines have been looped as requested to not have dead end lines longer
than 1 50'
Sanitary Sewer Plan-
14. The alignments have not been revised. With this project being front entry and the
manholes located in the parkway, the manholes could cause a conflict with the driveways
of the future homes. I am trying to avoid this conflict.
Traffic Control Plan-
15. The plans have been revised as requested.
We are requesting approval to begin construction. Please call me should you have any
questions or additional comments.
