The Villaae at Old CaDDell/CaDDell Service Center. Lots '-8. Block A,
Final Plat and ReDlat. being a replat of Lot 1. Block A. Coppell Service
Center and a final plat of the Village at Old Coppell to establish final
property boundaries of the Village at Old Coppell and reconfigure the
Coppell Service Center boundaries to establish fire lane and utility
easements to allow the construction of a event center, two retail/hotel
buildings. a pet bed and breakfast, future expansion for three
retail/restaurant sites, resulting in the relocation of the Service Center
Drive, located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 250
feet south of Bethel Road, at the request of Donna Kolberg, D & D
Development.
