2. There is a fire hydrant on a dead end of more than 200', this needs to be corrected.
3. Dry bore Bethel Rd. rather than saw cut.
4. Drainage design will be evaluated further during plan review process.

1. All utility easements should be 20’.
2. Include a 10’ sidewalk/ utility easement on the north side of the property.
3. Boundaries for the service center which is located to the south of the senior center will
need to be coordinated with City of Coppell Engineering department.
