I spoke with crewleader who is doing the drainage work on Spyglass. The crewleader said they started the project on
9/12/07 and had to expose the small portion of homeowner's irrigation (2 shovel fulls of dirt) so that it wouldn't get
damaged. They did the street cut since they are going to have to take out part of the street. We ran out of money and
both Per & Glenn said to hold off and finish the job when the budget was up for 2008 (which should be tomorrow). In
other words, they prepped the site and put safety cones around the area so that when '08 funds were released they would
be ready to go. I'll have Frank speak to Mr. Kilic in the morning when he starts on job.
