Accordlng to Jim Koch~ as/~er our telephone conversation today,
Glen Hinckley has cont '~~nel~ indicating that he will
.all.ow construction on KC~~erty. Jim indicated that he
Ks ~n process of cont~ ing the contractor to give him the
· to proceed.
Jim also indicated that Mr. Hinckley ]]as been discussing the public
roadway vs. private roadway issue wi*'h Connell and Boorhem, and
they may approach the City with a request in this regard.
I asked Jim to provide us with a shahus letter covering this lates[;
development.
Jim indicated that although the construchion has somewhat slowed
down (only 5% complete), the project is An'tended to be completed by
the end of March, 1991.
