Drainage Improvements
Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is to update you on the. current status of the referenced box culvert construction.
As you are aware, the coutraclor for the construction began construction in December,
1990, and at this time, expects construction to be complete by April of this year.
In regard to the dedication of the drainage, easement across the Hinckley property, Mark
Connell and I mcr with R'tr, Hinckhry to review his concoms. We are to meet on site to
further review Mr. Hinckley's conuer,~s as soon as the. weather l~tmits. ! will keep you
updated as to the status of these dtscuss'ons, Until Ihe Hincklcy easement is dedicated and
approved by all parties, the contractor has agreed to begin construction at the south line
of tire Hinckley tract mid proceed south, returniug to co~nplete the Hincldey portion at such
time thc easement has been approved.
