Drainage Improvements
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
This letter is to update you on the current status of the referenced box culvert construction.
As you are aware, the contractor for the construction is planning to begin construction the
week of December 2, 1990, and expects construction to be complete by April of 1991.
In regard to the dedication of the drainage easement acrou the Hincldey proporty, Mark
Connell and I are to meet with Mr. PAnckley next week to review his concerns. I will keep
you updated as to the status of these discussions. Until the Hincldey ea~me~t i~ dedicated
and approved by all parties, the contractor has agreed to begin consUuction at the south
line of the Hincldey tract and proceed south, returning to completo the Hinckley portion
at such time the casement has been approved.
