Sandy Lake Road Water Line
Gentlemen:
Today the City of Coppell informed us that all easements necessary for the completion of the Sandy Lake
Road Water Line project are now in hand. Therefore, on behalf of the City, you are hereby directed to proceed
with construction of the project from centerline station 25+00 to the existing 24 -inch water line constructed
by Landmark Structures, Inc. at the Wagon Wheel Ranch Tank site.
We are also enclosing two copies each of Field Change Number 3 to this project. Field Change Number 3
shows the field verified location of the end of the 24-inch water line constructed by Landmark Structures, Inc.
Please make the necessary adjustments in the water line to facilitate your connection to the existing 24-inch
water line. The 90-degree bend required to complete the work is on hand and in the possession of Landmark
Structures, Inc. Please coordinate the deliver of the fitting and installation of same with Landmark.
