Discrepancies / Comments:
1. Building 1, Nelson Stud and deck weld verification at 2nd floor.
a. Nelson Stud and weld verification, random inspection, grid lines 1-7/A-E. Compliant.
b. Nelson Stud and weld verification, random inspection, grid lines 7-14/A-E. Non-compliant. Nelson Studs missing, not
installed, missing deck welds, areas marked with orange paint.
2. Building 2, Nelson Stud and deck weld inspection, 2nd floor.
a. Grid lines 12-17/A-E, random inspection. Compliant.
b. Grid lines 1-4.5/A-E. Non-compliant. Studs missing, not ready for inspection.
c. Perimeter angle not welded at required locations (both ends).
3. Building 1, roof deck weld, paint touch-up verification, deck welds touched up as required.
