The pre-construction conference was held on November :27, 1990
regarding the above mentioned project. The project construction
activity will begin on December 5, 1990.
At the present time, each resident adjacent
project, is being contacted and a meeting date
discuss the drainage improvement.

As per telephone conversation with Jim Koch, today, he and Mark
Connell have been trying to set up a meeting with Glen'Hlnckley,?~
,and so far, they have not received any response from Mr. Hln~ley.~
Jim Koch indicated that they will pursue it end will keep ~us~'~
informed. Jim also indicated that the related construction w~11i~
start on Monday, December 3, 1990 from the upstreem,end of the?
project, while they are trying to resolve the easement issue with
Mr. Hinckley.
Please note that we have left several messages for Mr. Hlnckley'and
as of this date, none of them have been returned, as we have been
trying to discuss the easement and property boundary qUestions with
Mr. Hinckley.
