RE: FREEPORT CROSSING
Dear Keith:
I am requesting the early grading release for Freeport Crossing prior to the receipt of the
permit for this project. It is understood that KTR Coppell LLC will bare the sole
responsibility for code compliance of any construction completed up to the final
approval of the permit drawings. Specifically, we hold harmless the City of Coppell for
construction done prior to approval of the site development permit. KTR Coppell LLC
will correct any work done prior to permit approval that is in conflict with final
approved comments. Any assistance you can provide to approve this request will be
greatly appreciated.
