Changes to Line "D"
Mr. Marvin,
Please review the following costs due to changes with Storm Drain Line "D". We
propose boring a temporary 12" PVC temporary drain pipe under the existing pavement
at each lateral crossing in order to maintain drainage in Phase I and minimize the impact
on traffic. RCP will be placed from the edge of existing pavement to the proposed inlets
on the north side. In phase 2 the temporary PVC drain pipe will be removed and the RCP
will be tied into the box culvert as shown on the revised plan sheets. There will also be a
restocking fee due to Johnson County Pipe for the RCP already on site.
