I am very sorry that I did not make the meeting last night.
I had a schedule back procedure, injections, done at 11:00. I thought that I would be okay to attend the meeting that
night, however, after the procedures, I was informed by my doctor that I was supposed to have someone attend the office
with me and drive me home. No one told me that, so I told them that I had to drive myself.
The doctor told me to go straight home and to bed for 24 hours. When I got home I went to bed and fell asleep. I forgot
to email or call you guys to let you know that I would not make it. I could have called Dan and asked him to go, but he has
been sick also. He is going to the doctor this morning.
Once again, I am very sorry for not having someone call you and let you know what was going on.

The regular session of the Council Meeting starts at 7:00pm. Award of the contract for Deforest Road is item number 23
on the agenda. There are several public hearings ahead of this item.
I'm sure the council would be glad to see you attend. They would probably even give you a chance to speak.
