I spoke with Jean Marie Bellington representing the Shadow Ridge Estates Homeowners
A ssocia tion.
The homeowners group is in the process of incorporating as a social group with the IRS
and State of Texas. A membership fee is being discussed.
They do wish to maintain those entry elements located at the Bethel School and Plantation
intersection and those up to Denton Tap as well.
This association is a voluntary group and membership is solicited, but not mandatory.
