Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In reference to correspondence last year between yourself
and Mr. Michael Walsh, regarding his desire to form a home-
owners association.
We are writing to inform your office that over the past few
months, we have begun this effort and have adopted Bylaws
and elected officers.
As per your request, by letter dated June 10, 1988, we have
enclosed a copy of our officers for your files.
